One of MedMan's four core values is sharing. Specifically, we will improve each others performance through aggressive information transfer. We accomplish this in a number of ways.
Almost daily, an email goes out on one of MedMan’s list servs with multiple responses soon after. Each week, our administrators spend 30 minutes on a forum call with peers and often times our administrators hang up the phone with a new and helpful perspective on a situation they’re facing in their clinic. I’m again reminded of the talent when we come together virtually for our monthly topical webinars and are offered information on relevant topics. And, annually during MedMan University (mmU) where structured learning is taking place, but more so, it’s the opportunity for sidebar conversations that spontaneously arise and result in making each of us more effective professionals.
