The successful candidate will be a proven leader with a strong understanding of operations coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong financial skills. Must possess hands-on experience in a medical practice as an operations manager, clinic administrator or similar experience. Excellent follow-through and an approachable management style are essential. MedMan (Medical Management, Inc.) is in search of a healthcare professional that is looking for a challenging and rewarding career as the Administrator of Cabinet Peaks Clinic in Libby, Montana.  Cabinet Peaks Medical Center is a full-service, community based, non-profit medical center, and a Level IV Trauma Center with 25 licensed CAH beds.   Cabinet Peaks Clinic is comprised of two family medicine physicians, three nurse practitioners, a physician assistant, a general surgeon and an OBGYN physician.  Cabinet Peaks has clinics in Libby and Noxon.    

 

The successful candidate will be a proven leader with a strong understanding of clinic operations and business development.  Must possess the ability to support the staff and facilitate success, as well as the ability to foster and nurture relationships among staff, the hospital, and community.  Excellent follow-through and a visible management style are important.  This position will report to the CEO of Cabinet Peaks Medical Center.

MedMan (Medical Management, Inc.) is in search of a skilled healthcare professional to join our team as the Administrator of Orion Eye Center, located in Bend and Redmond, Oregon. 

 

Orion Eye Center is comprised of six physicians with a state-of-the-art clinic and ASC, along with a satellite clinic located in neighboring Bend, just 15 miles away.  It is a single-specialty ophthalmic practice, with subspecialists in cornea, cataract, retina, and glaucoma care.  The successful Administrator candidate will possess a strong background in medical practice management, strategic planning, operations, financial oversight and reporting and will provide direction to the great team of employees.  The ideal candidate will be comfortable, curious, and a problem-solver while learning and navigating the organization’s disparate IT applications (e.g. EMR, imaging applications, etc.)  As the Administrator, you would work closely with the physician partners and are responsible for the oversight in all administrative functions of the practice and ASC.  Upcoming major initiatives include a new clinic and ASC building, and IT migration to the Cloud.  A strong, communicative, hands-on leader who possesses a collaborative management style is desired.   

 

Located in Central Oregon with a population of approximately 100,00 people, the area is truly a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and those looking for a health minded and cultural community.  Situated on the eastern side of the Cascade Mountains, Bend is noted for its scenic setting, sunny days, cool nights and year-round recreation opportunities, to include skiing, rock climbing, hiking, biking fly fishing and golfing.  Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort, one of the Northwest’s largest and best ski resorts, is a 25-minute drive southwest of Bend.  Daily commercial flight service is available at the nearby Redmond Airport, located 15 miles north of Bend.

The Clinical Operations Manager will oversee and supervise the clinical activities and clinical staff of the practice.  The Clinical Operations Manager plays an essential role at Cabinet Peaks Clinic, having both clinical and management responsibilities.  The Clinical Operations Manager works to ensure quality customer service and manage the assigned clinical area in a professional and efficient manner.  Additional responsibilities include: coordination, scheduling and training of clinical staff, coordinating the day-to-day operations of the clinical area, and recommending and implementing changes that would improve delivery of services.  This position functions as an integral member of the clinic leadership team, bringing the professional nursing perspective to the group and upholding the standards of nursing practice.
