MedMan (Medical Management, Inc.) is in search of an individual to join our team as the Administrator for Thrive Pediatrics. This respected practice consists of two physicians and three nurse practitioners. As the Administrator, you would work closely with the physicians and be responsible for providing strategy and the oversight in all administrative functions of the practice. The successful candidate is a highly effective leader with a strong understanding of operations and financial management, possesses the ability to facilitate teamwork, is an excellent communicator and is process driven. Proven experience working in a physician-owned medical practice, excellent follow-through and a visible, collaborative management style are important.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field.
