This respected practice consists of five OBGYN physicians, one family practice physician, six advanced practice providers and two locations. As the Assistant Administrator, you would work closely with the Executive Director and WHA leadership team and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice.  The successful candidate is an approachable and accountable leader who possesses strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and is an excellent communicator. Role accountabilities and responsibilities include:

As the Practice Manager, you would work closely with the physicians and team and be responsible for the day-to-day functions and supervision of the staff and operations.  Maintain a positive, supportive environment conducive to attaining high staff moral and job satisfaction that results in a quality patient experience.  Proven experience working in a physician-owned dental or medical practice, merging business systems with multiple locations, building referral relationships and team building is important. (MedMan) has a fantastic opportunity to join our team as the Vice President of Physician Services at Good Shepherd Medical Group in Hermiston, Oregon.  Good Shepherd Medical Group is a multi-specialty medical group organized as a wholly owned department of Good Shepherd Healthcare System (GSHCS), a 25-bed critical access hospital.  The 39-provider and nine specialty medical group seeks a motivated person with excellent operations, interpersonal, and communication skills.  Must be able to support the staff and providers in the mission to improve the health of the community, as well as nurture strong relationships with the hospital and the community. This position will report to the CEO of Good Shepherd Healthcare System.
