Administrator – Prosser, Washington

Live and work near the fertile, green bend of the Yakima River in Eastern Washington.  Prosser is surrounded by vineyards, orchards, recreational opportunities, and is only a short car trip away from the metropolitan Tri-Cities area of Kennewick, Richland, and Pasco.

Medical Management, Inc. (MedMan) is in search of an experienced healthcare professional that is looking for a challenging and rewarding career as the Administrator of Mt. Adam’s Surgical Associates (MASA), working with Prosser Memorial Hospital.  Recently celebrating its 60 years of serving the Lower Yakima River Valley, Prosser Memorial Hospital is a full-service, community based, non-profit medical center, and a Level IV Trauma Center with 62 licensed beds.   The Hospital includes 6 locations and a total of 40 providers.  MASA has two orthopedic surgeons, one general surgeon, one podiatrist, and 10 total staff.

The successful candidate will be a proven leader with a strong understanding of clinic operations, staffing, planning, and has knowledge of coding, billing, and insurance claim policies and procedures.  Must possess the ability to support the staff and facilitate success, as well as the ability to foster and nurture relationships among staff, the hospital, and community.  Excellent follow-through and a visible management style are important.  This position will report to the CEO of Prosser Memorial Hospital.
