Medical Management, Inc. (MedMan) is in search of an ambitious experienced healthcare executive who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career as the Executive Director of Kennewick Physician Clinics (KPC) in Kennewick, Washington. KPC is affiliated with Kennewick General Hospital, a 101-bed acute care district hospital. KPC is comprised of 14 multi-specialty clinics consisting of 45 providers and approximately 100 staff. As the Executive Director of KPC you would be responsible for the oversight of the operations of the medical practices, in addition to serving as a member of the Kennewick General Hospital Executive Team.
The successful candidate will be a proven leader with a strong understanding of operations and revenue cycle and able to identifty and create opportunities for the practices and hospital district with the outcome of providing quality patient care. Must possess the ability to support the staff and facilitate success within the respective clinics, as well as foster and nurture relationships with the hospital and the community. Excellent follow-through and a visible management style are important. This position includes strong collaboration with physician recruitment, marketing, and regulatory compliance. Excellent physician governance experience and ability to mentor the management team strongly required.
Along with the communities of Pasco and Richland, Kennewick comprises the Tri-Cities area of southeast Washington with a population of approximately 250,000 people. Kennewick is the largest of the three cities. Kennewick is located on the banks of the Columbia River. With four seasons, moderate temperatures and over 300 days of sunshine annually, Kennewick is a recreational paradise to include fishing, water sports, golf and easy access to mountain activities. The Tri-Cities area is also home to over 40 wineries. Kennewick is within a 2 to 4 hour drive of major Northwest cities of Spokane, Seattle, and Portland.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years demonstrated healthcare management experience required. Integrated healthcare experience desirable. Cascade Medical Group is affiliated with Cascade Healthcare Community (CHC), Central Oregon’s sole health delivery system with four owned, leased and managed hospitals in Bend, Redmond, Prineville and Madras. Cascade Medical Group manages medical practices comprising fourteen physicians and offers MSO services to an additional thirty-five. As the Executive Director you would be responsible for leading a team to redesign CHC’s integration strategy and then implement those changes in physician compensation, financial performance, and scalability of all systems.
The successful candidate will be a proven leader with a strong understanding of operations coupled with extensive financial skills to be able to identify and create opportunities for the practices and health system with the outcome of a sustainable integration. Excellent follow-through and a visible management style are important. Physician governance experience and ability to create and mentor the management team required.
